E-Fork®:Electronic Seal for Containers
Functioning of the electronic seal.

The handheld reader permits an integrity control of the seal, and saves many useful information about:
- Personell closing the seal
- Date and time
- Container's identification codes
May contain also further information.

To use the reader it is only necessary to insert username and password to access to the program. Only authorized operartors are able to use it.
It is then possible to download the collected information in a PC using very simple programs like Microsoft Excell or just a block-notes. Data can be sent by eMail.
If a seal has been tampered with, it is possible to manually charge the required information, serial number of the seal and container's identification code included.
The download shows two codes: SEALED OK or TAMPERED to allow further controls
